Troubleshooting your wristband
Choose what you see, try the checks in order, and know when to stop and ask for support.
Start with the symptom
These steps apply to the two-button C3Plus wristband shown in the main guide. If your device looks different, use the instructions supplied with your unit instead. A button sequence is easiest to repeat after the display has turned off.
| What you see | Start here |
|---|---|
| No charging light | Check the USB connector orientation, then try a known-working 5 V port. |
| Charging light, but blank screen | Disconnect after charging and short-press the lower button. |
| Wrong time or date | Open the clock screen and repeat the complete time-setting sequence. |
| Steps return to zero | Check whether midnight passed or the lower button was held on the step screen. |
| Alarm does not vibrate | Confirm the chosen A1, A2 or A3 alarm is enabled and its time is correct. |
| “S OF” on the sleep-setting screen | If your batch has this screen, hold the lower button to switch the displayed setting. |
No charging light
- Separate the strap gently to expose the built-in USB plug. Do not pull on the display or force the connector.
- Look for moisture or debris. If wet, disconnect and let the module dry completely before charging.
- Insert the plug into a standard 5 V USB port. If there is no charging light, remove it and check the orientation shown in the charging illustrations.
- Try a second known-working USB port or charger. Avoid a fast-charge-only accessory while isolating the problem.
- If neither port produces a charging indication, stop repeated attempts and contact the seller with the checks already performed.
Stop using a visibly damaged, unusually hot or swollen device. Do not open or attempt to repair the battery yourself.
The display stays blank
First follow the charging checks above. After charging, remove the module from the USB port, reinstall the strap and give the lower button one short press. This first press should show the clock. If the charging indication appeared but the display still does not respond, tell support whether the charging light flashed red or became steady green; that distinction helps separate a charging problem from a display or button problem. A hardware fault cannot be confirmed remotely.
The time or date is wrong
Wait until the display turns off, press the lower button once and hold the upper button for about three seconds until the hour flashes. Short-press the lower button to adjust the value; hold the upper button to advance through hour, minute, month, day, year and 12/24-hour format. Leave the buttons untouched to exit. If the time becomes wrong again, note whether this happened after the battery ran flat and whether the displayed date is also wrong. See the full clock instructions.
Steps reset or differ from another device
The count resets automatically at midnight and can also be reset by holding the lower button on the step screen. If the reading differs from a phone or another tracker, compare both devices over the same period rather than comparing one full day with one partial day. The C3Plus activity display is an estimate, not a calibrated measurement or a medical reading.
An alarm does not work as expected
From the screen-off state, press the lower button five, six or seven times to reach A1, A2 or A3. Check the label so you do not edit a different alarm. Enable the selected alarm with a long lower-button press, then hold the upper button to edit its hour and minutes. Check the clock's 12/24-hour setting as well as the alarm time. Leave the buttons untouched to save. If the alarm still does not activate, record which alarm number and time you used before contacting support.
Sleep setting shows “S OF”
Some supplied instructions describe an “S OF / S ON” setting. If your band has that screen, press the lower button eight times from the screen-off state, then hold it to change the displayed setting. The manufacturer's C3Plus FAQ says the model does not measure sleep, so do not assume this setting means your batch will record or report sleep data. Check the documentation included with your unit if this feature matters to you.
Before contacting support
Have your model or product-label details ready, along with the symptom, the exact screen text or light color, the button sequence you tried and the result. For a purchase, warranty or replacement issue, contact the seller shown on your order. To report an unclear step in this guide, email meiliy951@gmail.com.
